Hypoxic mice have increased (a) mean linear intercept, (b) right ventricular systolic pressure, and (c) right ventricular hypertrophy. Hypoxic mice have increased platelet expression of (d) the cell adhesion molecule P-selectin and (e) integrin αIIbβ3.
