Description: Neonatal resuscitation guidelines have evolved over the last few decades. Supplemental oxygen use, umbilical cord management, sustained inflation, use of endotracheal epinephrine, and fluid bolus during neonatal resuscitation continue to be debated. Our speakers with expertise in these areas provide in-depth knowledge and evidence from the current and future perspectives that could revolutionize neonatal resuscitation.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, the participants will be able to understand the use of supplemental oxygen in preterm infants.
Upon, completion, the participants will understand umbilical cord management (deferred & milking), and the effect of sustained inflation in the delivery room.
Understand the effect of endotracheal epinephrine and the effect of fluid resuscitation in the delivery room.
