Workshop Description: In medicine, we often bear the emotional toll of patient loss and adverse outcomes, which can stir deep feelings of grief and guilt. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore common emotional responses to grief in medicine, understand the effects of unresolved grief on personal well-being and patient care, and engage in practical, evidence-based coping strategies. Through guided discussion and reflective exercises, attendees will leave equipped with tools to foster resilience, manage their emotional responses, and promote a supportive culture within their teams.
