The LGBTQ Special Interest Group meeting will be focused on discussing community- and healthcare-based interventions aimed at improving health outcomes for sexual and gender minority youth. Through five platform presentations, we will highlight pediatric trainees and original research pursuits in this area. The goal for the session is two-fold. First, we want to provide a platform for trainees interested in LGBTQ+ pediatric research to showcase their work. Second, we want to disseminate research to help attendees advance their knowledge in caring for LGBTQ+ youth. In addition to the scheduled platform presentations, which are listed in the agenda below, we plan to have a rich discussion with participants.
